More Profit and Better Cash Position

Helping Small Business Owners Keep More Money.

Are you working too hard for your money?

Nearly all of us decide to go into business for ourselves for the freedom and unlimited possibilities entrepreneurship provides.  We all have a core competency, a skill, a gift that can be converted to a service to help others solve real problems or you may have simply identified a need and created an offer with a viable solution.  So, we open our business and market our services to the world with the hopes of doing great things.

Since the company is ours, fueled by passion and purpose, we are willing to work harder than ever to succeed.  We say “yes” to all opportunities to get money coming in and vow to adapt and evolve as we go along.  We commit to our customers and our business with a “whatever it takes” mentality and, with a high level of effort, many of us make it work.  Yet, the reality is the never-ending, relentless grind of owning a small business does not result in the freedom or the money most of us desire.  We find ourselves working too hard for our money and become frustrated and exhausted over time.

Small changes can have a big impact.

Collaborating with so many small business owners that are experiencing this issue has highlighted a common theme.  Nearly all are functioning on a business model that has not yet been updated and optimized for profitability, productivity, and cash flow.  In other words, most small business owners are working way too hard for a model that is set up for mediocre or poor results.

Our process is to migrate your financials into a system that delivers accurate, timely, and relevant information with key indicators that clearly show how the business is operating and what needs to be done to quickly adjust and improve your bottom line, efficiencies, and cash position.  We set up recurring meetings to tackle the good, the bad, and the ugly and listen to what the financials are saying so we, together, can prioritize actions that are necessary for constant positive progression.  Over time, with an optimized business model, we can determine the vision and long-term goals for the business and agree on the best strategies to get there.

Small changes can have a big impact when the right information is presented in the right way and acted upon at the right time.  The renewed excitement you will experience when you begin keeping more money with less effort is almost indescribable and very possible.

You cannot outwork a business model.

The purpose of bringing us on as your fractional financial partner is to ensure that every effort you commit to produces the highest returns.  More profits, greater productivity, and stronger cash flow.  The truth is that you cannot outwork a business model.  Simply put, if your model is set up for low profits, poor efficiencies, or cash flow deficiencies, no amount of effort is going to change that.  In fact, in many cases, more effort may further amplify the problem.  Establishing healthy financials for small business owners is what we are designed to do and can improve nearly any situation in a short period of time.

This story was that of our Founder before she learned to solve it and then became obsessed with helping others do the same.  There are few more gratifying results in life than to witness the bravery of an entrepreneur get rewarded appropriately for their efforts.

If you’re ready to begin collaborating on refining and maximizing your business model for profitability, productivity, and cash flow.
